Keeps the token tradeable. The least exciting 1% on this page, but very necessary.

The fees from transactions are paid out in BNB by the contract, so we never sell $VOTE tokens to fund a drop. Fees land in project wallets, get converted to dollars, and go into the project's bank accounts to be used for drops, so we're never sitting on a pile of crypto.
